Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein with DHL. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping is currently free on all orders. Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders on the next working day. All prices include VAT. There are no customs charges for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Pre-orders. Products marked "Pre-order" are not yet in stock. They are dispatched on the date shown on the product page and in your cart, currently the end of November 2026, and not on the same-day schedule above. If your order contains a pre-order product together with other products, the whole order is dispatched together once the pre-order product is available. If the expected date changes, we will email you. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
