Refund policy
Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases. We nevertheless accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and with the tamper seal intact. To start a return or exchange, email with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label; returns within Switzerland are free of charge. Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days, or send the exchange product. Products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights for defective products.
