Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with anti-tamper sticker intact.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team (team@lumazen.skin) with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund.
Returns within Switzerland are free.
We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is currently free on all orders. All prices include VAT.
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day leave our Swiss warehouse the same day, later orders the next working day. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
Email team@lumazen.skin with your order number as soon as possible. If the parcel has not left the warehouse yet, we cancel and refund it; pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, use our 30-day return.
